At Air Specialty we want you to know that during these difficult times of Coronavirus we are continuing to provide Air Conditioning and Mechanical services to all our customers.   • Sanitize In, Sanitize Out of every job- to include washing hands or use of hand sanitizer as arriving and leaving your home. We will also use gloves and masks if applicable and/or available.
  • Get as much information as possible upfront from you to limit exposure time on the job.
  • Through use of cell phones, we can communicate while on the job instead of face-to-face interaction.
  • Inform you when we arrive, giving you an opportunity to social distance if you prefer.
  • Prior to the appointment, please let our dispatcher know if you have experienced any recent illness in your home so that we can take any necessary precaution to protect our techs and anyone they come into contact with throughout the day.
  • Finally, we will use our pay by email system to collect payments, which will allow you to sign invoices and pay online.
